Freaky Bunny Suits

I love it when people have a sense of humour and most of all the artist! I hate it when people get all upset about an opinion and get all b*tchy about it! We're all entitled to have an opinion whether people agree with them or not.

So for that, another post for Ming Yi Sung. What humour am I referring to? Check out her comment (#19) and then go check out her new website. Still just as hideous as ever but long live a sense of humour! It's probably the reason why she can crochet such creations too! You have to have some sense of funny to pull these off!

The bunny suit is hiliarous and hideous too and for Ming's sense of humour, she gets another post! She certainly is artistic --- check out some of her other creations...they certainly make you raise your eyebrows and say "what the h*ll" that's for sure!

Photo shamelessly stolen off her new website.

  1. What a cruel trick to play on that poor blind model! Argh!

  2. Nice post! Fairness is the only way to go. Plus the creative lady gets extra hits on her site. To tell the truth, there are occasions in our varied social lives where such costumes could actually be worn, too.

  7. I just thought of something: Do it in pink, and you have a whole new twisted take on that scene in "A Christmas Story"! You know---Ralphie's gift from Aunt Clara?

My dentist is soooo gonna hate what's happening to my teeth at this moment. . .

  8. LMAO. Thank you, I need that. Pic and comments. Hydra, that is classic!

  9. Thanx, JoJo---I can just hear it now:

Mother: Ralphie, go try it on right now!

Ralphie: Forget you, forget Aunt Clara, and come to think of it, forget Christmas---this is enough to make me want to convert to Judaism!

    Scrooge, indeed.

  10. Now, If those pom poms are attached to little horns which beep when
you squeeze them, we have a more lighthearted bunny. Sort of
    Benny Hill Meets Bondage Bunny.

  13. In France, we have a phrase saying "Le ridicule ne tue pas". That means "You won't die by being ridiculous"

    This one is hilarious.

  14. I love Ming Su's site! Such sublime humor. I liked the photos of her interactions with the street fair attendees. Thank you for linking to her. (I heartily agree with neuro's comment.

P.s. I have friends who are passionate bloggers and I have found few worth subscribing to (IMHO). I suspect I will actually eagerily await new posts from yours.

  18. OMG! I saw this picture, then went to her website, and I couldn't keep my mouth closed! It kept falling open....I thought the bunny suit was ok until I saw the side view of it...why does it have a long pointy thing at the back??? Or is it the front???

  19. I showed this to my husband and now he wants me to make us each one. He asked if I could make him suits of different animals too...

I wish there was a pattern for this.

  20. Wow....At first I thought...."too wierd", but then I looked at the artist's website. Unusual, mega-creative, just WOW! I give her a ton of credit. Great imagination and skill. Still strange though! = )

  23. Bunny Bondage Suit

Like something out of Donnie Darko, yet somehow more and less creepy, we have this crocheted bunny suit:

Featured on the blog What Not to Crochet, a great blog pointing out bizarre, ugly, and utterly ridiculous things people have crocheted. They have...

  24. Oh my gosh that is so amazingly awesome! Hah this is brilliantly creative and horrid and just.. wow. I can't wait to see what else she made.

  25. They could place some of those pom-poms in better places.....lol!

  26. Imagine being her poor boyfriend and having to wear whatever ridiculous outfit she made you.

  27. That is fantastic!! I bet gay men across the nation are starting to crochet just from seeing that!

  28. I didn't realize that the model was not a woman until I really *shudder* scrutinized it. Those pom poms have been so strategically placed so as to make you think that, well, OF COURSE this is just a silly little teen-aged girl (who admittedly has some problems), but no. *deflate* Androgyny has been taken to a new level. Higher or lower I will not say.

  29. OMG, this outfit was a joke right, somebody wasn't really serious when they made this one.

  30. Brett: CSI definitely. Reminds me of that Kitty dude saying "If it wasn't for the costume, I couldn't get yiffed at all"

    yiffing and sritching..........

This is just wrong. but funny.

  31. Haha, I can't believe some people were taking that outfil seriously.

  32. what the hell....
