Do you remember the words to "Little Bunny Foo Foo?"

I have mixed emotions about today's item for consideration.

I am over-run with bunnies, so the fur aspect is not a sticking point

I don't hate the thread work but the idea of the cream fur and the cream edging

makes me want to throw paint on it just to brighten it up.

So - chantilly cream, Would you wear it and how would you spice it up?

  1. Why not just cover yourself in a nice, thick coating of whipped cream?

    It would look the same.

And taste better. Or---be in better taste????

  2. Long ago in the 1970's I had a coat handed down (up?) to me by my younger sister that was a lovely brushed denim with a rabbit fur collar. My sister gave it to me because when the collar got wet she didn't like the smell. I asked what it smelled like and she replied "dead rabbits". Still, I liked that coat. I wanted that coat. It was all that and a bag of chips... until the day I entered a friend's apartment wherein no less than five cats lived. I barely made it out alive. Seriously. Every one of those horrible creatures attacked me and my rabbit fur collar. Evidently it smelled like dead rabbits to them too. So, in response to this jacket, I wouldn't wear it anywhere even if it was lined with diamonds. It brings back too many horrible memories.

  3. No, definitely wouldn't wear it. Too fluffy by far.

  5. The fur doesn't look even in the pic...and the way the whole thing is assembled with edging to highlight it...I can't see it looking good in any color.

  6. If you were really set on the whole idea of wearing that furry thing, I would suggest trading out the cream edging for a darker brown or chocolate shade. If you're weren't that set on wearing it, I would suggest a fire pit and some gasoline.

  7. I don't believe I've ever seen fur mixed with lace before. Leather, yes, but never lace. Fur is supposed to keep you warm, lace does not. The impracticality of it is overpowering.
